I have had nothing but problems taking my truck here. It makes it hard to pass the 10 free oil changes and tire rotations. But they can’t even manage a tire rotation with being dishonest. I marked my tires to make sure they were rotated, I checked the paperwork to make sure they said they rotated them went and checked the marks I had made to discover they hadn’t been moved. They failed to tell me both license plate lights were out as well.
The service associate was prompt, courteous and professional. That’s as much as one could ask for.
I was told my oil change would take an hour and a half. My appointment was at 11:30 and I didn’t get my pick up back until almost almost 3 o’clock. It seems that appointments don’t mean anything.
Always a great experience! Been using Bud Clary Ford for many years for our company and prefer to use them as our primary dealer for our fleet trucks and family vehicles!
The employees there are friendly and helpful. I would recommend ford dealership to anyone. Good place to take your auto.
The biggest problem was the lack of communication, plus the automated phone system was a joke

They followed through on fixing the issues I had on my truck. It took longer and was more expensive but it was fixed
my appointment was for 9:10 Monday morning, supposed to be a 4 hour job. I called shortly before closing that day to see if it was done, I was told they hadn't started on it until 3:30. It was not done at 10:30 Tuesday, at 2:30 I went to the service area and it still wasn't done. Absolutely horrible experience, Service writer had no clue as to what my recall on my vehicle entailed. Then she couldn't get a technician or any type of manager to find out about my recall. My appointment was for 7:30 in the morning, but I was told that the technician didn't get to work until 8:00. The job was supposed to take less than half the day, yet ended up taking most of it.
Evan was patient and very great with the timing of my questions. Definitely recommend this place ! And Tanya was awesome !
Customer service is amazing and very helpful. They kept me up to date with updates on my vehicle and also keep on checking up on me even after getting the vehicle.

Very professional and helpful. They explained exactly what the problem was and they were able to fix it quickly.
I was told that if I brought my truck in before 8am on Monday I’d get it returned quickly. That’s why it wasn’t scheduled the week before. No early times. Well I didn’t get it back until Friday afternoon
Very disappointed with the lack of communication, and what needed to be fixed it kept changing everyday. Even though diagnostic test done on Friday. Took a week to get vehicle back From service department at the dealership
Ryan was an amazing salesman. They worked with me as a first time buyer in my own go get me the best deal they could. Highly recommend here as they are not pushy for buying cars.
If it was not for the salesman I probably would’ve bought the truck ,but young man sales man and talk to him his name is Keven smart kind honest ,told me everything I wanted to know ,and because of his down to earth character I bought it..This kind young man is not pushy or barracuda type Thank you Ford for taking the time and hiring talented young men,that will tank you into future….

At 10 pm April 29, 2026 I took my f150 to Moses lake ford for an oil change. I asked the man at the service desk how long it would take. he said about 1 hour. I told him I would wait until it was done. At at 11:20 frustrated I went to the counter and asked why my oil change was not done. She said one of their oil change techs called in sick and that it was taking longer. I asked why the man that I checked in with didn’t say that. Good service, I was able to get my car fixed in a timely manner and Meghan was very helpful. My only complaint is that I requested for an additional service, which I was told they would get it done, and it wasn't completed.
Dave the service mgr and Brandon the GM are really turning this place around. They both continue to be so helpful to my wife and I and both have clear and prompt communications and are very knowledgeable.
All employees are very helpful and all off tham are so nice I come from California and he do everything inn just a moment and service man Jonny iss nice and very cooperative
Waiting 4 hours for an oil change one time and 4 hours for a front end alignment another time. Absolutely horrendous service and communication.

I went in set on a Bronco Sport to pull my jet skis, but after talking to Sharde Clark I learned that it might not be the best choice due to their weight and the towing capacity. So we talked about a full sized Bronco, but then I found a 2022 Toyota Tacoma on the lot.... Sarah coordinated with the mechanic to get our service pick-up fixed same day. We live way way out of town and our 2nd driver was elderly so it would be a hardship to prolong the process into another day. Always more expensive than expected, but Ford had DEF heater in stock, their code reader matched what our farm shop code reader read. The staff was pleasant. They have a system for processing services. The facility was also clean.
I highly recommend Jessica for being honest, not high pressure, knowledgeable, efficient and personable in getting us through this important process of getting a car to meet our needs and explaining everything.

Ryan, my salesperson, went out of his way to find the exact vehicle I wanted and had it available within two days.
