Program rules

Anyone 18 or older.
Bud Clary employees and members of their household are not eligible.
No self-referrals. You can't refer someone who is on the same deal as you (co-buyer, co-owner on the title).

Your friend submits the referral form through your link before they start working with any Bud Clary store.
Your friend must be new to us: no open lead, appointment, visit, or deal with any Bud Clary store in the past 90 days. If they're already working with us, the referral doesn't count.
Your friend then either buys a new or used vehicle from a Bud Clary store and takes delivery (leases count), or sells us a vehicle outright (not as a trade-in on a purchase).
One $300 reward per transaction. A purchase with a trade-in is one transaction: $300, not $600.
Fleet, government, commercial, wholesale, and dealer-to-dealer transactions don't qualify.
If two people refer the same friend, the first valid submission gets credit.

After the deal is final: the vehicle is delivered and the deal is funded, or the vehicle we bought is paid for and the title is in hand.
Paid within 30 days after that, by check, mailed to you or picked up at the store.
A completed W-9 is required before your first payment. Rewards are taxable income, and we issue a 1099 when required.

You're making an introduction. You are not a Bud Clary employee, agent, or salesperson.
Don't quote prices, payments, trade-in values, rates, discounts, rebates, or incentives. Don't negotiate or promise anything on our behalf. Our licensed team handles all of that.
Only send your link to people you know. No mass texting, no bought lists, no spam.
Posting your link publicly (social media, groups, videos)? You must clearly say you get paid if someone buys or sells through your link. Example: "I get $300 if you buy or sell through my link."

Bud Clary decides whether a referral qualifies, and that decision is final.
We can change or end the program at any time. Referrals submitted before a change are honored under the rules in place when they were submitted.
Fake referrals, fraud, or abuse void any reward.
Void where prohibited.
